Let there be parking!

Well, there have been far too many delays and setbacks in the process, not to mention the huge mountain of an obstacle called Covid-19, but we have a parking lot. It took a tremendous amount of help from some wonderful, faithful volunteers. Between long nights of prep work and four different pours, we have learned so much about flatwork! Special shout out to the great guys from Crest Ridge Tire and Auto for their cheerful, tireless assistance.

We have a few more items to finish before the city can come give final approval, including installing two required carports and an outside component of the sprinkler system. Hopefully those will be accomplished in the next week or so and we can get the go ahead to hire staff and start all the other action items we need to do in order to actually get open for occupation!
